How long does it take to have a website built?

A website can be built in minutes for a simple one page site, or can take years for a constantly developing and changing site.

A typical website with say half a dozen pages, built to your design, with photos and text laid out how you want it should take us no more than 3 days to complete.

We can do it faster, but we have to allow time for the internets dns (domain name servers) to match the domain name you choose with the site we build. This can take anything up to 72 hours to complete.

A more complicated website with an online shop may take us a couple of extra days to implement. You will then have to add your content (stock items) to the shop (we can add your content for you if you do not feel confident using the control panel)

Why is my company name already taken?

Domain names are sold on a first come - first serve basis.

The chances are that there is another company, somewhere in the world with the same name as you, and they havbe already bought the domain name to use for their business.

If the .com version of the name is sold, you can always try for other extensions.

• you can also use .org, .net, .info, .co
